Returns

We understand that not everything works out and we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase.

We do not accept returns on items that you've customized, for example: If you ordered a dress with custom measurements.
We do accept returns on items that are not customized. A 35% restocking fee will be applied to returned items and the buyer is responsible for returned shipping costs. However, the buyer Must contact us within 7 days and ship it back to us within 20 days of receiving the dress.
If you have a problem with your order, flaw, etc that we may have missed feel free to contact us so we can work out a solution for you.
